Project Specification
RCC framed structure with 6 inches solid block masonry and
4 inches solid block masonry for the internal walls.
Good quality vitrified tiles for living / dining / 2 bedrooms.
Wooden laminate flooring for master bedroom. Ceramic
tiles for kitchen, utility and bathrooms. Anti-skid pavers for
car parks.
20 mm thick granite for threads and 10 mm thick for risers
with MS handrails.
Good quality glazed tiles of 2 feet high dadoing
above platform for kitchen.
Good quality glazed tiles of 7 feet high dadoing
for bathrooms.
Good quality designer tiles for front wall elevation.
20 mm thick granite with platform, good quality stainless steel
sink with drain board.
Main door: Teak wood door frame with teak wood panel
door of standard design pattern with melamine polish. Good
quality CP hardware fixtures and branded door locks.
All other doors: Sal/hard wood frames with MDF moulded
shutters with good quality CP hardware fixtures.
3 track powder aluminium coated good quality
UPVC frames.
Powder coated aluminium / good quality UPVC frames
with glass louvers.
Good quality white colour Parryware or equivalent ISI
mark sanitary fittings.
ISI mark Jaquar / Parryware or equivalent CP fittings for
bathrooms and kitchens.
For internal walls two coats of Asian Paints putty would be
applied over one coat of primer followed by two coats of
Asian Paints or equivalent paint with roller finish.
For external walls, one coat primer of Asian Paints
waterproof exterior paint followed by two coats of Asian
Paints or equivalent brand waterproof exterior paint will
be provided except for front elevation for which select
textured paint will be applied.
There will be 4000 litres capacity sump with 1000 litres
capacity in PVC overhead tank for each independent villa.
ISI brands like Finolex or VGuard or equivalent fire
resistant wires for lighting and heating circuits with ISI
branded PVC conduits.
Modular switches of Anchor/ Roma or equivalent brand
will be provided.
